Has anyone here manually replaced the IFC/fluidic cartridge in a T200? What issues did you face?

Hi Lucas,
from memory (BC2000/3000):
From memory (T200)
Good luck
from memory (BC2000/3000):
- Undock sensor chip and take out
- Move needle out of the way
- Switch off instrument
- Remove injection port
- unscrew and remove top cover
- Remove door panel (left side+rightside is one part) - it is clicked on somewhere
- Open the black cover on left side
- slowly pick up the measuring head and click it into ....
- lift up red handle under IFC to loosen it
- replace IFC (maybe fatsen injection port also
- now add a sensor chip to docking place and slide in to check if IFC is fitted ok
- everything ok, then remove chip
- lower the measuring head very slowly until it stops
- close the box, add door and top panel - or test first before closing
From memory (T200)
- Open the sample compartment (as if cleaning the needle)
- Turn the knop that you see and open the door
- The IFC is visible
- Note the attachement of the cables
- Remove the foam block under the IFC
- Remember the orientation on the IFC
- Loosen the IFC with the lower handle first
- Detach the IFC with the upper handle and take it out
- replace the opto-interface if needed
- Place the IFC and secure it with the upper handle
- Secure the IFC with the lower handle
- Place the foam back
- Close the door and turn the knop fully
- Close the sample compartment.
Good luck

It is possible. You can easily detach and replace it.
Don't toch the glass. Fit it in the right orientation with the holes and pins..
