Dear everyone,
We have an issue: the Biacore T200 has been losing connection with the computer randomly for many years. We have done everything: changed the computer to one prepared by Cytiva, reloaded the "image" of the computer prepared by Cytiva. Currently, we don't have a maintenance contract and we can't figure out what's going on. Has anyone encountered a similar situation and how did you fix it?
