Hello,
I am studying with SPR for my masters thesis. I am using polydopamine coated chip. Firstly, I am sending PBS solution on the chip surface then, I am sending BSA solution on the chip surface. After sending BSA solution to the sensor surface, while I should observe an increase in the SPR angle, the angle degree decreases. Why could this be?
