Regeneration of Biosensor chip was created by OldForum
Hello,

I am using a CM5 chip and use ligand thiol coupling for immobilizing the ligand. Can someone tell me the way to remove the originally bound ligand and reuse the chip. As per the protocol mentioned in the SPR pages it asks us to flow 0.1M DTT in borate buffer. Can someone please tell me the Concenmtration and the pH of the borate buffer to be employed? Thanks for the help

Regards,
Satyen

Hi, I would take the same borate buffer as in the immobilization, i.e. 0.1 M borate pH 8.0.

The reference on the SPR-pages seems nothing to do with surface regeneration...

Maybe this artikle will be of help:
