TOPIC: Poor fit

The graph is rather low res but from what i can see there is a problem with the third injection.
I know in BiaEvaluation the injection times should be the same length.

Without knowing the analysis software I can't give you any helpfull information.

sorry about the poor res. Software is Bia Evaluation. It did say the ka is approaching the limits. Analyte conc are: 50, 10, 2, 0.4, 0.08 nM. top point is 50nM.

Top point 50 nM and the curve is leveling out: you reached the Rmax of the system.
ka is approaching limits: I don't know this warning but it is possible that the calculated ka is that high that is is outside the normal range which can be measured with the machine. Although the curves doesn't look that bad.

For a nice sensorgram, good fit and accurate numbers is is not necessary to inject to Rmax. Try a different range (0.05 - 5 nM).

Hello, I am getting poor fit on most concentrated part of my analyte dilution. (Single cycle kinetics). What could this mean? See sensorgram. It also said ka is approaching limits.
